We have tested this issue on our end, and the receipt alignment is working correctly for both Sales Receipt and POS Receipt during processing.
Regarding the client raised about the print alignment on the Sales page:
1.We verified the output using our printer setup, and it appears aligned as expected.
2.The current receipt size configured is 80 × 297 mm (default), and this size cannot be modified from our side.
Also, we have taken assistance from @~S.tejasriram while testing this, and the results are consistent.
Could you please confirm the following from your end- The printer model and configuration being used
Additionally, we are checking the production Sales Receipt with the same customer to validate consistency
