Today’s progress involved a significant expansion of the Regal Solar Mobile App, focusing on the Admin Customer Management module and platform-wide UI/UX optimizations. Key achievements include the implementation of a comprehensive AdminCustomersScreen that provides real-time tracking of leads, prospects, and conversions, fully integrated with a new backend-fed statistics system. Additionally, I’ve developed a custom animated Dialog provider (AppDialog) to deliver premium, brand-consistent feedback throughout the app. This was supported by a major refactoring of the Authentication and Navigation logic to ensure a seamless transition between user roles, alongside updates to the Project Management screens to improve data visibility and system performance.
