Description

Perform end-to-end validation of all SMS notifications triggered from the POS system and customer-related workflows. Ensure messages are sent correctly, content is accurate, and triggers are functioning as expected.

Scope of Testing:

1. POS Notifications:

Order creation SMS
Payment confirmation SMS
Invoice/receipt SMS
Order completion SMS
Any resend SMS functionality

2. Customer SMS Notifications:

Customer registration SMS
OTP verification SMS
Order status updates
Invoice/payment link sharing
Delivery/Pickup notifications

Validation Points:
SMS is triggered at correct events
Message content is accurate and professional
Dynamic placeholders (Order ID, Name, Amount, etc.) are correctly populated
No sensitive data (e.g., phone number exposure if restricted)
SMS delivery status (success/failure handling)
Duplicate SMS should not be triggered
Resend functionality works correctly
Test Data:
Valid customer details
Different order types (POS, Pre-order, Delivery, Pickup)
Multiple payment scenarios (Full, Partial, Installments)
Expected Result:
All SMS notifications are triggered correctly
Content matches business requirements
No missing or incorrect data in messages
System handles failures gracefully
