Description
1.By default don't show cancelled & approved enquiries , only while select the filter then show the corresponding status enquiries
2.Convert enquiry to Request & show a icon in enquiry list to convert enquiry to request & maintain one more status as converted to request
3.Enquiry details page is not properly aligned
4.Show enquiry notes list in enquiry list page in actions section
5.Replace "Customers requiring follow-up action today" to "Latest Customer Enquiries to follow-ups " & in icon hover show the text as latest enquiries to follow ups till now
6.Show date & time in same column & maintain same date format in dashboard follow up alerts & change the tan name as Enquiry Alerts
7.We didn't mentioned priority any where & in dashboard how can we show priority
8.We need to show over due status while follow up date crossed today's date
