Issue: Downloaded files not listed

Description:
After downloading both Excel and PDF files, they are not shown in the list.

Steps to Reproduce:

Download the Excel file.

Download the PDF file.

Check the download list.

Expected Result:
Both Excel and PDF files should appear in the list.

Actual Result:
The downloaded files are not displayed in the list.
