Description Edit Description: In the Create Request page, when entering the customer name “Padhu S”, the name does not appear immediately in the dropdown. The cursor suggestion is not shown. After typing the name 2–3 times, the customer name appears in the dropdown. Expected Result: Customer name should appear in the dropdown immediately while typing. Actual Result: Customer name appears only after typing multiple times.
