Description

In the Jobs List page, both Start Date and End Date are displayed as 5:30 AM.
However, in the Job Details page, the Start Time is 9:00 and End Time is 17:00.
Expected Result:
The Jobs List page should display the correct start and end time as shown in the Job Details page.
