Description Edit Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Create Plan page. 2. Change the Active/Inactive status. 3. Click Save. Actual Result: Success toast appears, but status does not update in UI or database. Expected Result: Status should update immediately and reflect in list and details pages. Impact: Users assume status updated but backend value remains unchanged.
