Description

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Product Subscription → List page
2. Apply different filters
3. Observe table header behavior

Actual Result:
Table header section is missing and does not change dynamically based on filters.

Expected Result:
Table header should be visible and must update dynamically according to selected filters.

Impact:
Difficult for users to understand filtered results; reduces usability.
