Description Edit Module: Requests Page: Request List Priority: Medium Type: UI + Clarification 1. Double Loading on Card Filters & Search Issue: Clicking card filters (Today / This Week / This Month) causes: Page to load twice UI looks inconsistent during loading Search functionality also triggers double loading Search placeholder text is partially hidden due to small input width Steps to Reproduce: Open Request List page Click any card filter (Today / This Week / This Month) Observe page loading twice Perform search → same double loading issue occurs Expected Result: Page should load only once on filter or search UI should remain consistent during loading Search placeholder text should be fully visible 2. “View Site Visits” Button Shown Incorrectly Issue: “View Site Visits” button is displayed for services where site visit is not applicable No site visit schedule exists, but button is still visible Steps to Reproduce: Create a request with a service that does not require site visit Go to Request List page Observe “View Site Visits” button still shown Expected Result: “View Site Visits” button should be hidden when site visit is not applicable for the service 3. Pending Status – Clarification Required Issue: Meaning and usage of Pending status is unclear on Request List Clarification Needed: What is the business definition of “Pending”? When should a request move into Pending status? What actions move it out of Pending?
