Added support for custom and bi-weekly frequency types.
Fixed issues where the create functionality was not working for weekly, quarterly, and bi-weekly frequencies.
Formatted all duration fields consistently and displayed them correctly using backend-formatted data.
Resolved bugs in the action history module.
