Description

🔹 Issue Summary:
In Final Invoice tables, serial number column header is shown as "#".

🔹 Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Under Review job
2. Proceed to Final Invoice page
3. Observe table headers

🔹 Expected Result:
Column header should be "S.No".

🔹 Actual Result:
Column header is "#".
# replace with table serial number

2.[Invoice – UI] Page heading implies direct invoice edit instead of review flow
🔹 Issue Summary:
Final Invoice page heading implies direct invoice editing, which is misleading.

🔹 Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Under Review job
2. Proceed to Final Invoice page

🔹 Expected Result:
Heading should indicate review and finalization process.

🔹 Suggested Heading:
"Review Actual Usage & Finalize Invoice"

🔹 Actual Result:
Current heading is unclear.

Job status UI in the Final Invoice flow is unclear and not user-friendly.
