In parallel, I work on integrating Zoho Mail into the backend to handle website form submissions efficiently. I configure the Node.js and Express backend to send emails securely through Zoho SMTP, ensuring reliable delivery for contact forms, brochure download forms, and inquiry submissions. The integration includes proper environment configuration, email validation, and structured email templates to maintain professional communication.
