Update the dashboard and project screens to avoid auto close and make changes according to client requirement
Description
1.Update dashboard and project summary to include completed, in-progress, and pending project counters, with ability to filter by time period (today, yesterday, this week, last week, last month, this year, last year, etc.); default to "all" but allow user selection.
2. Add "Hold" and "Cancel" status options for projects, and ensure projects in these statuses can be removed from active lists and tracked separately.
3. Remodify the project work flow status user friendly
