Display list of all expenses in descending order of date/time.
Acceptance Criteria
AC1: Show columns: Expense Type, Amount, Date
AC2: Latest entries appear at the top.
AC3: Add filter options: All, Today, This Month, Custom Month, yesterday, this week, last week
AC4: Show total expenses for the selected filter.
