Implement functionality to maintain a list of expense types. User can view predefined expense types and add new ones as needed.
Acceptance Criteria
AC1: Show predefined list of expense types.
AC2: User can add a new expense type using a simple form.
AC3: Newly added types appear in dropdown for creating expenses.
AC4: Prevent duplicate expense type names.
AC5: Validation: Expense type name is required.
AC6: Expense types should be stored in DB.
