Description

Environment: Production
Module: Invoice PDF / Receipt Details
Impact: Displays incorrect company email and inconsistent date/currency formats, leading to customer confusion.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Invoice Page.

Click View PDF on any generated invoice.

Verify the header contact email and receipt/table date format.

Actual Result:

Company email in PDF is still showing
❌ (Hard-coded, not updated)

Receipt section date shows US format, but table shows Indian format, or vice-versa (inconsistent) ❌

Two different formats are displayed simultaneously, depending on invoice section ❌

Examples of current incorrect behavior:

Invoice Table (Date) 04-12-2025 (Indian)
Sometimes Reverse Table shows US, Receipt shows Indian

Expected Result:

Company email must be updated to: Contact:

Invoice date should always display in US format ✅
(Example: 12/04/2025 → MM/DD/YYYY)

Currency/number formatting must be uniform across PDF and table (no mixed formats) ✅

Requested Action

Replace hard-coded email
with the correct support email.

Apply a single MM/DD/YYYY format to all date fields in:

PDF Header

Receipt details

Invoice table

Invoice list screen

Ensure formatting updates are reflected immediately in production.
