Description

1.Modify the request stat cards UI & show 4 cards in a row
2.In the table show createdBy/On with date format as mm/dd/yyy hh:mm & created username for all the list pages
3.Apply capitalization for the fields as the Name, Location, Status
4.skeleton layout attached to create button on page load
5.Remove the scrollbar for the table
