Description

1.Assist developer to identify the correct POS screens where cash drawer integration should be implemented.

2.Ensure cash drawer opens on:

Cash payment submit

Invoice cash payment submit

Sales return with cash method submit

3.Verify system blocks payment if drawer is already in open state.

4.Validate error alerts when hardware is disconnected/not detected.

5.Guide developer to add missing toaster/error messages for hardware failure cases.

6.After implementation, perform end-to-end checkout with hardware behavior validation.
