Updated almost all the data with client given excel data and resolve the multiple toasts for multiple permits updated into single toast for multiple permits submits and
need to finalize the pending option in dropdown to hide or disable both are irrelevant

And I have some queries in excel whether to change rendering conditions or not, those need to be updated (pending)
