Job Card – Assigned By: Now displays the correct assigned user instead of “Unknown.”

Notes Field: Displays “N/A” only when no notes are available (intended behavior confirmed).

Comments View Section:

Date format corrected to match the required standard.

Comments now clearly indicate which section they belong to.

Add Comment Section:

The red validation mark no longer appears automatically when the section is opened. It now appears only after clicking Submit without filling required fields.
