Description

Implement the /api/solve_tsp and /api/solve_vrp endpoints with Qiskit and IBM Quantum integration using provided API credentials. Update documentation in /docs and ensure quantum backend switches between simulator and device modes via environment variables.
  • Add .env variables: IBM_QUANTUM_TOKEN, BACKEND_URL, etc.
  • Use SVG overlay as default map in frontend.
  • Add tests for quantum endpoints.
