Plaid does not charge per Zelle transaction. Instead, it charges based on:

Connected accounts

API usage (calls to /transactions/get, /transactions/sync)

Webhook triggers

Zelle payments are treated like any other transaction in your bank feed. If your bank posts Zelle transfers with descriptors like "Zelle Payment" or "Zelle Transfer", Plaid will fetch them as part of your transaction data.
