Completed Add/Edit Variant Dialog with full form structure.

Added all key input fields — Variant Name, Frequency, Tenure, Visits, Base Price, Discount, Perks, and Status.

Implemented tooltips for each field to guide users effectively.

Enhanced UI styling using Material UI Grid and Typography for clean alignment and readability.

Added form validation, reset handling, and clear separation for sections.

Improved user experience with consistent spacing, borders, and rounded design.

Ensured proper handling for both Add and Edit variant workflows.

Overall, made the dialog more professional, responsive, and user-friendly.
