The Actuals Capture epic focuses on recording the real-world execution of a job compared to the planned estimates. It enables field staff and administrators to log actual time, materials, labor, and other resources used once a job is completed. This functionality ensures transparency, accurate reporting, and forms the basis for downstream processes such as invoicing, cost analysis, and auditability.
