Description

Issue:
When sending bulk emails (e.g., announcements, invitations, reminders), the subject field is empty by default, which can lead to users unintentionally sending emails without a subject or forgetting to fill it in.

Expected Result:

The subject field in the bulk email form should be pre-filled with a default subject such as:

“[EventCrux] Important Update Regarding Your Event”

Users should still be able to edit or customize the subject, but it should never be blank by default.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to Bulk Email feature.

Open the compose or send email form.

Observe that the subject field is empty.

Impact:

Risk of sending emails without a subject, which reduces professionalism and deliverability.

Confuses recipients and increases chance of being marked as spam.

Affects open rates and communication effectiveness.

Recommended Fix:

Add a system-defined default subject for all bulk email drafts.

Allow full customization but ensure the field is never empty by default.
