1. Added a check box that as Is this service show in website & based on this flag send the services to website (only true value of this services show in website).
2. solve the issues in both service & request
3. show only landscaping products in the service creation
4. show only equipment & tools category assets in the service creation dropdown
5. Check & show from where the request coming (from website or POS application) in the request list
