these are the issues :

Category Issues:

⦁ In product/food type, the type name changed from "fruit" to "fruits".

⦁ In create category, the profile image selection is not working.

⦁ In edit description, after typing the first letter, the cursor jumps to the end from the second letter onwards.

⦁ First time I click on edit and then cancel — when I open edit again for the same category, it shows a blank page without data. After refresh, the data appears.

⦁ No option to view full action history.

⦁ Deleted history not shown in action history until page is refreshed.

⦁ "Deleted by" comments are not stored in the action history.

⦁ After adding a new category, existing category information is not updated. Only new category types are reflected; no option to add a new category type.
