Description

Add a success toaster notification that appears immediately after an event is successfully created. This feature should:

Display a clear message like: "Event created successfully!"

Appear as a non-intrusive toaster popup at the top or bottom of the screen.

Auto-dismiss after a few seconds, with optional manual close.

Be styled consistently with existing UI/UX.

Ensure visibility across desktop and mobile views.

This provides immediate feedback to the user, confirming the action was completed successfully and improving the admin experience.
