Description
Issue Summary:
After an event concludes and winners are selected, the system is not sending email notifications to the winners. This issue affects user communication and event engagement.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Complete an event and declare winners.
2.Check the winner's registered email inbox.
3.Confirm whether any notification email has been received.
Expected Result:
Each winner should receive an automated email notification with a congratulatory message and relevant details.
Actual Result:
No email is received by the winners, despite their selection being confirmed in the admin panel.
Impact:
Poor user experience for winners.
Affects trust and professionalism of the platform.
Leads to manual intervention by admin team.
