User Capacity Limit Enforcement (user-controller.js — Bug #11834):
Added tenant usage capacity validation (tenantUsageService.checkLimit(company.dbName, "users", 1)) prior to creating new team users.
Returns 403 Forbidden with an informative limit upgrade message if the plan user cap is reached.
Triggers background user count synchronization via tenantUsageService.syncUserCount.
Usage Dashboard Calculations (tenantUsage.service.js):
Corrected currentPeriod logic to accurately calculate start and end dates based on active trial periods.
Cleaned up buildMeter metric payload for users, stores, SMS, and email.
