Action History Deduplication & Timeline Integrity (buildTenantActionHistory):
Deduplicated action history entries between stored MongoDB events and Stripe transaction records.
Eliminated redundant generic logs (e.g., filters out generic "Auto renewal completed" when detailed "Subscription renewed", "Trial converted to paid", or "Workspace restored" already exists for that transaction ID).
Fixed test-clock timestamp anomalies where future-dated events previously appeared out of order.
Added support for trial_started and trial_conversion action tags.
Trial Conversion Lifecycle:
Enhanced handleStripeInvoicePaid webhook handler: logs a dedicated "Trial converted to paid" entry with invoice numbers when a trial transitions to a paid subscription.
Platform Credit Card Processing Fee Settings:
Added cardProcessingFeePercent support to getPlatformBillingSettings() and updatePlatformBillingSettings(), synced with creditCardTax (default 3.0%).
