Description
One proposal. The design PDF and the quotation are the same price. Sharing or updating the quote is blocked after the design changes until the PDF is generated again, so the customer cannot accept a price that no longer matches the system.
Pipeline. Customers can be viewed as Lead, Prospect, Interested, Won, or Lost. Each card shows the owner and how long it has been in that stage. Lost requires a reason, so the company can see why deals die.
Utility bill. On the customer, the annual kWh from the bill suggests a system size (1,400 kWh per kW per year) and opens the design studio at that size. That is the sales conversation: usage first, then layout.
Stage packs. The company owner can choose Simple residential (survey, install, one payment) or US residential (permits, inspection, PTO). SREC, PCA, and PJM GATS stay off unless turned on, so a small installer is not forced through a New Jersey incentive checklist.
Warehouse and Suppliers. Those menus stay hidden until Company Setup turns them on, and the plan still has to include them. The old Vendors screen redirects to Suppliers, because it was only sample data.
Company setup. A checklist for logo, stage pack, card payments, inviting a teammate, and the first customer. The point is to reach the first proposal, not to configure the whole ERP on day one.
