Completed development and responsive UI enhancements across Dashboard, Inventory Management, Header Navigation, and Enquiry modules:

1. Variant-Level Stock Alerts & Sync:
- Implemented variant-wise stock alerts and threshold monitoring in Alerts Dashboard.
- Added warehouse-specific alert filtering across Warehouse Manager, Picker, and Sourcing dashboards.
- Synchronized parent product stock totals automatically when variant quantities are updated during product creation/editing.

2. Header & Profile Navigation Mobile Optimization:
- Cleaned up the mobile header bar to eliminate clutter and save vertical screen space.

- Relocated user greeting, role switcher, warehouse switcher dropdown, live store clock (EDT), local time clock, and last login timestamp into the top-right User Profile dropdown (DropdownUser).
- Preserved original desktop header presentation while making mobile navigation clean and accessible.

3. Admin Todo Tasks Accordion Badge Layout:
- Fixed an issue where the pending count badge wrapped awkwardly into two vertical lines on narrow screens.
- Applied whitespace-nowrap and responsive padding so "{count} Pending" displays cleanly on a single line on all screen sizes.

4. Enquiry List Mobile Stats Cards Alignment:
- Resolved odd-count card misalignment in the 2-column mobile grid.
- Configured the last odd card (Cancelled) to dynamically span full width (col-span-2) on mobile screens, removing awkward empty space while retaining desktop layout.

5. Codebase Maintenance:
- Fixed TypeScript syntax, path module resolution, and unused declaration warnings from morning build checks.
- Adjusted Vendor View action history toggles.

- Streamlined inline "Add to Cart" and "Buy Now" button padding and typography for small screens.

5. Pre-Order Catalog Banner & Back Navigation Redesign:
- Fixed BackArrow visibility issue where an MUI display rule (xs: none) kept the button hidden on mobile viewports.
- Redesigned the bare back chevron into a modern, rounded card button (rounded-xl, border-green-200, bg-white, text-green-800, shadow-2xs) matching the catalog design system.
- Corrected vertical flex alignment from items-start to items-center to properly align the back button with the catalog title and subtitle.

6. TypeScript 5.8 Build Error Resolution & Shared UI Library:
- Resolved erasableSyntaxOnly compiler error caused by JSX elements inside a .ts file (src/global/input.ts).
- Migrated to properly typed .tsx module and integrated reusable UI components: Loader, ContainerWrap, FlexibleTitle, FlexibleCreateTitle, and BackArrow.

7. Vendor & Enquiry Management Maintenance:
- Streamlined vendor section visibility and cleaned up redundant action history blocks.
