Fixes issues in create & edit vendor flow for approvals
On each action from vendor sourcing manager for vendor creation & updation admin dashboard showed all details in different section
Noted approval / Rejection comments & showed in action history
After approve make vendor as active or else vendor become in active and not showed in any product / vendor invoices anywhere
