- Fixed the return request validation error by making the `returnShippingMethod` field dynamic in the backend RMA model.
- Reviewed Amazon/Flipkart replacement workflows, including doorstep exchange, two-way shipping costs, and warehouse-based replacement logistics.
- Prepared the multi-warehouse return and replacement workflow covering return destination selection, prepaid FedEx labels, warehouse notifications, quality inspection, and replacement authorization.
- Implemented the return destination selection modal with dispatched store and nearby regional warehouse options, distance, transit estimates, and shipping rate details.
- Added the return action information tooltip explaining the free replacement guarantee, return drop-off options, quality inspection process, and FedEx shipping guidelines.
- Integrated the return workflow into the order tracking, order details, and customer profile components.
- Added supporting API configurations for return destination selection and return label operations.

- Added item-level duplicate restocking protection and inventory ledger tracking to maintain accurate stock movements and return transaction records.
- Researched and implemented warehouse proximity calculations using geographical coordinates and postal codes to identify the nearest suitable fulfillment warehouse based on the customer's delivery address.
- Updated warehouse allocation logic to prioritize the nearest active warehouse with sufficient stock and select alternative warehouses when the preferred location cannot fulfill the required quantity.
- Implemented multi-warehouse split fulfillment to distribute order items across different warehouse origins and calculate FedEx shipping rates for individual shipments.
- Updated the customer return workflow to remove customer-facing warehouse selection controls and establish admin-controlled return destination selection, return approval, shipping cost optimization, and FedEx return label generation.
