Partial quantity cancel: a customer can cancel part of the quantity of an order line.

Approval and normal cancellation: when a customer selects both a "cancel now" item and a "needs approval" item, they should not all go to staff approval together. This should be handled per item, at the cancel step in order details.

Cancel items UI: improve how the cancel items screen looks on the e-commerce order details page.

Requests and tracking:

Show the cancellation requests below the cancelled items list.
Show tracking details there.
Show whether it is refunded or not.
Quantity and stock:

Treat the cancelled quantity and the normal quantity of the same product as two separate lines. Example: cancel 1 and keep 1.
Refund only the cancelled quantity.
Add that quantity back to the product's stock.
Order list page:

When a product is cancelled, grey out its whole row.
Show "Cancellation pending" as a status.
Change "Refunded" to "Refunds".
Cancellations tab: when a separate product is cancelled and a request is made, move that request into the Cancellation tab.
