openIssues in products with variants in admin panel as well as e-commerce

Description
Products:-
1. In Multi-SKU Product Variants & Pack Bundles, even when the Sale Price is not provided, the Regular Price is being populated with a random value.
2. Variant-specific photo upload is not working. When a photo is uploaded for a particular weight variant (e.g., 250G, 500G, or 800G), the photo is not being saved/applied to that respective variant.
3. In Multi-SKU Product Variants & Pack Bundles, after filling in the product/variant data, if I want to add another option (e.g., 2 KG), I have to navigate back to the Categories page and update the attribute. After doing so, all the previously entered variant data is lost. It would be better to either provide an option to add a new attribute value directly from this page, or redirect the user to the specific category/attribute.
4. In the e-commerce product page, the product images should change based on the selected color variant.
5. When a product is marked as Inactive in the Admin panel, it is still being displayed on the E-commerce page.
E-commerce:-
1. When creating the product, the variant is set to 500gm(default). But that default variant is not displayed on the Product Details page.
2. Product Details Page -> The product price displayed on the Product Details page does not match the price in the cart.
3. After adding a product to the cart, the product card still displays the “Add to Cart” button instead of updating to “Added” or “Go to Cart.”
4. Category(below header) -> The “All Categories” dropdown is not opening.
5. product amount is different, from products page(admin panel) and product details page(E-commerce).
6. My Orders(Return) -> When submitting a return or replacement request, the system returns a 400 Bad Request error because carrier_prepaid_label contains an invalid enum value, preventing the request from being processed successfully.

Order Returns & Replacements (ReturnRequestModal.tsx): Fixed a 400 Bad Request submission failure caused by an invalid enum ("carrier_prepaid_label") by updating the payload to send the schema-compliant value "carrier_label".
All Categories Dropdown Navigation (CategoryNavbar.tsx): Resolved an issue where the "All Categories" dropdown failed to open or got clipped by parent containers by updating overflow to visible, elevating z-index to z-[1050], introducing a mobile backdrop, and allowing category toggling across all screen viewports.
Product Details Price & Variant Alignment (productdetailsui.tsx): Fixed price discrepancies between base products and selected variants. Active variant detection now defaults to marked isDefault variants and properly reflects active promotional offers and weather discounts.
Cart Status & Button Feedback (UnifiedCard.tsx, ProductUnifiedCard.tsx, PremiumProductCard.tsx, ProductCard.tsx): Fixed product cards still displaying "Add to Cart" after adding an item by normalizing composite variant IDs (split('_')[0]) and providing instant feedback ("✓ Added!" and "Go to Cart").
Technical Enhancements:
Added fallback dimension mapping for products whose variants rely on titles/SKUs rather than attribute maps.
Refined useCart.tsx to handle variant price fallbacks and active promotion checks uniformly.

Bug Fixes:
Order Return Request Schema Validation (orderReturnRequest.model.js & orderReturn.service.js): Extended the Mongoose returnShippingMethod enum to allow "carrier_prepaid_label" alongside "carrier_label" and added automatic normalization in createReturnRequest to prevent future validation rejections.
Cart & Wishlist Inactive Item Prevention (cart.service.js): Prevented inactive (active: false) or soft-deleted (isDeleted: true) products from being ordered or retained in active carts by enforcing availability assertions during cart line resolution and quantity updates.
Category Edit Route (product.service.js): Resolved category update conflicts when finding categories by _id vs clId to avoid false duplicate name rejections (409 Conflict).
Features & Technical Modifications:
Storefront Query Resiliency (product.service.js, shop-controller.js, merchIntel.service.js, offer.service.js): Standardized MongoDB queries to accept both boolean and string representations (active: { $in: [true, "true"] }, showInEcomm: { $ne: false }, isDeleted: { $ne: true }).
Offer Calculation Engine (cart.service.js, offer.service.js): Ensured flat and percentage discount calculations fall back cleanly to variant base prices and populate category definitions for PDP rendering.

Bug Fixes:
Products Inventory Table Price Visibility (Products.tsx): Fixed the discrepancy where multi-variant and discounted products only displayed the parent placeholder price. The table now computes and displays the variant price range (e.g., $15.00 – $45.00) with a variant count pill, and highlights active offer prices in green with strikethrough base prices and a "Sale" tag.
Product Details Page Price Clarity (PeoductDetails.tsx): Updated the product detail summary to display variant price ranges and updated the variant stock breakdown table to display individual variant offer prices alongside regular prices.
Category Edit Modal (CategoryModal.tsx): Ensured category edit requests pass the resolved document ID (category._id || category.clId) for smooth API updates.
Features & Technical Modifications:
Variant Matrix & Color Swatches (CreateProduct.tsx): Integrated a comprehensive color map (COLOR_MAP) and enhanced multi-dimension variant generation controls.
