Here is the page-by-page review of the current changes:

1. Customers List
- Search, role, date range, pagination, and deleted state persist in the URL.
- Deleted customer count is shown.
- Build status: passed.

2. Customer Details
- Desktop header changed to `‹ Customer Details`.
- Mobile header remains compact.
- Build status: passed.

3. Customer Modal
- Phone formatting added:
- India: `98765 43210`
- US: `(234) 242-3423`
- Stored phone data remains unchanged.

4. Users List
- Search, role, date range, pagination, deleted state, and page size persist in the URL.
- Deleted user count is shown.
- Risk: sorting is not yet persisted.

5. Vendors List
- Search, pagination, page size, and deleted state persist in the URL.
- Deleted vendor count is shown.
- Risk: sorting is not yet persisted.

6. Banners List
- Fixed `sort before initialization` runtime error.
- Search, pagination, page size, and deleted state persist in the URL.
- Deleted banner count is shown.

7. Reviews List
- Fixed `sort before initialization` runtime error.
- Search, rating filter, and deleted state persist in the URL.
- Deleted review count is shown.
- Risk: pagination persistence is not implemented.

8. Products List
- Existing `useFilters` already persists search, filters, pagination, and sorting.
- Deleted product count is shown.
- This is currently the strongest list-page implementation.

9. Product Categories
- Deleted category count remains available in the stats card.
- Heading count was removed as requested.
- `deletedSort` initialization issue is currently resolved.

10. Product Subcategories
- Deleted subcategory count is shown in the heading/stats.
- Mobile/list layout remains unchanged.

11. Offers
- Deleted offer count is shown.
- Risk: count uses `deletedOffers.length`; if backend pagination is added, this may represent only the loaded page.

12. Testimonials
- Deleted testimonial count is shown.
- Risk: count uses the loaded array length.

13. Advertising
- Deleted advertising count is shown.
- Risk: count uses the loaded array length.

14. Orders List
- Mobile date picker moved outside filters.
- Orders/Preorders control moved beside download.
- Filter chevron updated.
- Deleted order heading count added.
- Runtime/layout build checks passed.

15. Custom Orders
- Customer, Shipping, Quote, and Shipping Status fields use mobile two-column layouts.
- Deleted custom order count is shown.
- Mobile header spacing was compacted.

16. Custom Design Requests
- Deleted custom design count is shown.
- Existing search and pagination behavior remains.

17. Header
- Currency symbols changed from green to Noxa brand gold in:
- Main country selector
- Country dropdown list

18. Shared URL State
- Added `useListQueryState.ts`.
- Used by Users, Vendors, Banners, and Reviews.

Overall review: `npm run build` passes. Backend code is not present in this workspace, so backend API behavior could not be verified. URL persistence still needs to be completed for Orders, Offers, Testimonials, Advertising, Categories, Subcategories, Notifications, and custom-order list pages.
