Fixed the Alerts page so clicking a project number opens that exact project, instead of a 404 from a /projects/<id> route that doesn't exist (it now uses the project list's ?open= link). Ported Regal Solar's ticket workflow into appforsolar_new_be and appforsolar_new_fe. New statuses include Ticket Assigned and Reopened. Moving a ticket to Ticket Assigned with a visit date emails the customer a "Service visit scheduled" message with any attached documents. Tickets now have internal engineer notes and customer-visible notes (which are emailed), priority and issue-type editing, and a customer reopen action. Scheduled visits appear in the job calendar. A customer who is offline can't be picked up for live chat, and ending a chat no longer marks the ticket resolved. Staff actions and the New Request button still follow appforsolar's role permissions. Admins can now set a new user's initial password, in which case the user isn't forced to change it on first login. Users otherwise already matched Regal. Inventory needed only one change, because appforsolar's version is a larger superset with warehouses, procurement and variants: empty dropdown values in product specs are now dropped instead of failing validation. The frontend type-checks apart from an inventory error from teammates' merges, and the backend loads.
