Aligned customer creation and follow-ups in appforsolar_new_be and appforsolar_new_fe with Regal Solar, keeping appforsolar's tenant branding, permissions and auto-assignment. Duplicate email or phone is now a confirm-and-add warning instead of a block, with a migration script to drop the old unique indexes. The customer form has a utility-company selector and bill upload. The server reads the account holder's name off the bill, warns on a mismatch, and reads the bill in the background. Replacing a saved bill needs an Admin or Office Manager and a typed reason. Creating a customer reports the welcome-email result. A failed notification email no longer fails a customer or follow-up save. The assigned manager now gets emails and in-app notifications, and reassigned follow-ups notify the new assignee. I fixed a bug where the create endpoint never returned the new customer.
