Product page — Variant selection, price, stock, and availability follow the chosen variant.
Cart page — Each variant is its own line, with its own quantity and details.
Quick cart drawer — Variant selection, display, and quantity are variant-specific.
Checkout (desktop) — Variant details stay on the order through checkout.
Stripe payment — The payment line name includes the variant.
Storefront order details — Variant title, SKU, and details are shown.
Storefront My Orders — Variant information shows on the order cards.
Admin orders list — Expanded rows show variant information.
Admin order details — Both card layouts show variant information.
Order database — Saves variant ID, SKU, title, attributes, attribute labels, and variant price.
Inventory — Stock is checked, deducted, and restored for the selected variant, with atomic deduction so stock cannot go negative from a race.
Shipping — Variant lines use the parent product for shipping, including weight, dimensions, and the correct ship-from warehouse.
Returns — Return lines identify the variant, and returned items store variant information.
Warehouse — Variant, SKU, and line ID are shown so warehouse actions stay on the right variant line.
Email — Order, payment, and warehouse emails include the variant where they apply.
PDF and SMS — Order documents and notifications include the variant where they apply.
Card and checkout price — The product card price and the checkout price now match the selected variant price.
