1. Catalog Payment Methods — Create Pre-Order, Backend & Ecommerce
Implement per-catalog payment method configuration for Card, Cash, and Zelle in Create Pre-Order.
Save and update per-method payment quantity limits using preorderPaymentLimits.
Apply Company → Catalog payment method gating:
Company-level disabled payment methods must remain disabled.
Catalog-level settings can further restrict enabled payment methods.
Update the BE model and service to store and update:
preorderPaymentEnabled
preorderPaymentLimits
Update Ecommerce checkout to:
Display only enabled preorder payment methods.
Apply the configured preorderPaymentLimits.
Treat payment limits ≤ 0 as disabled.
Update Company Operations / Ecommerce settings for preorder payment method enable/disable configuration.
2. Create Pre-Order — Catalog Dates & Sale Window
Fix catalog start/end date handling using the business calendar day (YYYY-MM-DD) instead of browser timestamps.
Allow the product sale window, pickup date, and delivery date to start on the same calendar day as the catalog start date.
Resolve timezone-related off-by-one-day issues.
Add shared business-timezone helpers:

3. Online Orders / Preorders — Fulfillment Cards & Location List
Update Total, Paid, and Due cards to include cancelled orders and match the complete order list.
Display payment status based only on payment_status; fulfillment cancellation should not change the payment status.
Add Partial fulfillment status to the preorder fulfillment summary.
Ensure Partial orders are displayed correctly in the location list instead of being incorrectly shown as Pending.
Update Partial status click behavior to filter the location view correctly.

Display correct pickup-portion amounts and full-order amounts for mixed pickup/delivery orders.
4. Sale Window & Catalog Filter UX — Admin Orders
Improve product sale window display with clearer product-first date information.
Remove duplicate sale-window labels from the UI.
Clear the forced catalog date lock when the user manually changes the date.
Set All Catalogs as the default instead of automatically selecting the latest catalog.
Fix the default date range issue that could result in an empty order list.
Ensure store and pickup counts are scoped to the selected catalog.
Update pickup-date filtering to use the catalog/order pickup slot date.
5. Backend Fulfillment & Sales Analytics
Update pickup-location summary queries to include delivery data when deriving fulfillment status.
Fix getFulfillmentShippingStatus to correctly return Partial for mixed pickup/delivery orders.
Refine Partial / Ready / Pending fulfillment rules.
Ensure empty delivery payloads are not incorrectly treated as fully Pending.
Add Catalog Sales Analytics API for sales breakdown by:
Catalog
Order status
Payment status
Fix the Partial Payment filter so that fulfillment cancellation does not incorrectly exclude valid orders.
