Invoices – Issues & Clarifications
1.Invoice Filter Label Mismatch
When the “Full Paid” filter is applied, the table heading displays “Completed Invoices”.
➤ Please confirm whether this label is correct or if it should display “Full Paid Invoices” for clarity.
2.Duplicate Line in Invoice Cards
In the invoice cards, a horizontal line appears twice, resulting in a duplicate UI element.
➤ UI cleanup required.
3.Status Naming Change Required
As discussed in the meeting, “Awaiting” status should be renamed to “Pending”.
➤ Please confirm and implement consistently across all invoice screens.
4.Tax Removal Causing Incorrect Payment Values
. for invoice create we give an option of tax removing, if select option of removing tax after pay the amount in the payment receipt is coming in that remaining balance and total amount paid is showing wrong
6.Quote & Invoice Amount Mismatch (Cash / Zelle)
For Cash and Zelle payments, tax is removed at invoice creation.
However, after partial payment:
Invoice shows updated values
7.Linked Quote still shows old amounts, causing inconsistency
➤ Please confirm expected behavior with the Team Lead and align Quote–Invoice sync.
8.Missing Payment Action in Invoice List
In the Invoice List → Payment section, required payment-related options appear to be missing.
➤ Please confirm what actions should be available (View, Pay, History, etc.).
Invoice PDF Enhancement Required
In the View PDF option:
9.Some required details are missing
Existing information needs correction or enhancement
➤ Please review and update PDF content.
10.Incomplete Action History
Invoice Action History currently shows only payment history.
➤ Other actions (creation, updates, status changes) are visible only after opening the Invoice Details page.
➤ Suggest showing full action history consistently.
Invoice Ordering Confusion in List Page
11.Newly created invoices appear at the top
After full payment, the invoice disappears from the top and moves elsewhere
➤ This caused confusion; after discussion with the Team Lead, it was clarified.
➤ Please confirm if this behavior is final and document it.
12.Tax Calculation Issue in Mixed Payments
In partial payments:
Cash / Zelle options are removed
Remaining amount is paid via Card
➤ In this scenario, tax calculation is unclear and inconsistent.
➤ Business rule clarification required.
13.Incorrect Payment Completion Screen Display
From the Invoice List:
Clicking Payment opens the payment screen
After full payment, an “All Payments Cleared” screen is displayed immediately
➤ This screen should appear only when the user attempts payment on a fully paid invoice, not by default.
Job:
- after invoice created /paid job is created and status is auto for the same job i create another job its creating then its duplicate jobs created
- for the auto created job start date and end date same date with same time , same date is okay how the same time is shwing without duration how ompletd
- for the auto jobs no team leads , members are created for that we have show any status is like not assigned because we see easily adn assigned that is imp i thjink
- inncreation after select quote id if customer has single service why select again service
- when creating job the start time and end time showing mrg 6 to evng 9 i htink its wrng we create mrg 9 to 6 business please confirm with team lead
- when creating job if product has no quantity showing error but job is created
- we creating request qith labour skill , but in thwe selecting tem=am members showing all type of labours
- in job details page job title shwing n/a
- in job details page product , equipment information
- in ediyt i change the end time and start time of job but in action history its not showing what we change that just showing updated by
- afer job created in field staff assigned by is not showing
- after job assigned delete the job its deleted and for field staff also its deleting when click on restore on after some days its showing in field staff login page , with smae then its actual start dta enad end time its showing late
