A. Customer Creation

1.Street Field UI Mismatch

The Street input field UI is inconsistent compared to other form fields (alignment/size/style mismatch).

➤ UI needs standardization.

2.Missing Primary Email / Phone Selection

Customers can add multiple email IDs and phone numbers, but there is:

No Primary Email / Primary Phone checkbox

No option to choose which email to send communications to

Issue Scenario:

Add a secondary email/phone

Send an email → system always sends to the first email only

Client requirement: ability to send emails to secondary/home/family email when requested

➤ Add Primary selection and email recipient selection during email sending.

B. Customer Details Page

3.Missing Subscription Tabs

For customers who have:

Service Subscriptions

Product Subscriptions

There are no tabs showing these details in the Customer Details page.

➤ Tabs should be added so the customer’s full engagement history is visible.

4.Channel Type Naming Inconsistency

In Customer List → Channel Type shows “E-Commerce”

In Customer Details → it shows “Online”

➤ Rename “Online” → “E-Commerce” for consistency.

5.Missing Created By / Created On in Tabs

In customer-related tabs (requests, subscriptions, etc.), Created By / Created On is missing.

➤ From a business perspective, this is important to know:

Who performed the action

When it was done

➤ Please add these fields.

6.Rows Per Page Inconsistency

“Rows per page” count differs from other modules/pages.

➤ Standardize pagination across the application.

Back Button Tooltip Missing

Back button does not have a tooltip.

➤ Add tooltip for better UX.

C. Customer List Page

7.Page Reload on Card Filters

Clicking dashboard cards (filters) causes:

Full page reload

Same issue occurs when applying filters

➤ Filtering should happen without full page reload.

8.Filtered Headings Reflected in Exports

When filters (date, platform, status) are applied:

Table headings change

The same modified headings appear in PDF/Excel downloads

➤ Export files should have standard headings, independent of UI filters.

9.Incomplete Action History on Edit

When editing a customer and adding:

New email

New phone number

Action history only shows “Updated By”, but does not specify what was updated.

Steps:

Edit customer

Add email/phone

Save → Check action history

➤ Action history should clearly log: “Email Added”, “Phone Number Added” etc.

D. Deleted Customers

10.Deleted Customers Download Issue

In deleted customers export:

Column headings are missing

Reason for deletion data is not included

11.Missing Filters in Deleted Section

Deleted Customers page does not have filters.

➤ Filters should be available similar to active customers.
