Requests
A. Request List Page
1.Double Loading on Card Filters
Clicking card filters (Today / This Week / This Month):
Page loads twice
UI looks inconsistent during loading
Steps:
Open Request List
Click card filter
Observe double load
Search Placeholder UI & Double Load
Search placeholder text is partially hidden (small width)
Searching also triggers double loading, similar to card filters
2.View Site Visit Button Shown Incorrectly
For services without site visits:
“View Site Visits” button is still displayed
No site visit schedule exists
Steps:
Create request with service that has no site visit
Go to list → button still visible
➤ Button should be hidden when site visit is not applicable.
3.Pending Status Clarification Needed
Meaning and usage of “Pending” status is unclear.
➤ Please clarify business definition.
B. Create Request
4.Customer Search Placeholder Not Clear
Customer selection field should clearly show:
“Search by Customer Name or Phone Number”
5.Request Creation Without Address
System allows request creation without selecting a property address.
➤ Please confirm with Team Lead if this is valid, as service location is mandatory.
6.Area vs Product Selection Logic – Clarification Needed
Currently, system allows selection of:
Either Total Area OR Total Product
Business Concern:
Some services need multiple products for different areas
Example:
Sod installation → Soil only for partial area
Mulching → Red mulch for one area, black mulch for another
➤ This needs discussion with Team Lead & Client (design clarification).
7.Product Quantity Miscalculation (Sod Rolls)
Sod roll size = 2.78 sqft
Calculated quantity does not match expected result.
➤ Quantity calculation logic needs correction.
Zero Removal on Numeric Inputs
In product area and numeric fields:
8.Entering numbers removes trailing zero(s) automatically
➤ This causes incorrect values.
C. Deleted Requests
9.Deleted Requests Page UI Mismatch
Deleted Requests table layout is completely different.
➤ Please review and standardize the deleted page UI.
D. Edit Request
10. in edit page Duplicate Service with Same Address Allowed
System allows adding the same service with the same address again.
➤ Please confirm if this should be restricted.
No Comments or Action History on Service Deletion
When deleting a service during edit:
No comment popup
No action history recorded
11.Incorrect Action History on Adding New Service
When adding a new service in edit:
Action history shows generic update
Does not clearly log service addition
