Role: Sales Executive / Sales Manager 

 As a Sales Executive or Sales Manager, 
 I want to record when and how I contacted a lead, 
 So that I can track communication history, plan follow-ups, and update the lead’s status in the sales pipeline. 

 Acceptance Criteria 
 Sales Executive/Manager should be able to open a lead record. 
 System should provide an option “Mark as Contacted”. 
 While marking as contacted, user can enter: 
 Date & time of contact (auto-filled with current timestamp, editable if needed). 
 Contact method (Phone, Email, SMS, In-person, Other). 
 Notes from the conversation (free text). 
 Next follow-up date (optional). 
 Lead status should update from New → Contacted. 
 Contact history should be stored under the lead’s timeline (who contacted, when, what notes). 
 Automatic reminders/notifications should be generated if a next follow-up date is set. 
 Owner Sales Manager should be able to view all contacts made by Sales Manager. Executives.
