Admins and Super Admins can now re-open and edit installation checklist fields (panel/wiring status, placards, electrical stickers, connection) even after that stage has already been marked completed, giving them the ability to correct mistakes. Also pre-filled the installation completion date from the existing panel/wiring dates instead of leaving it blank, and fixed a PTO status condition so approved permits are correctly marked completed.
