change the date format for createdon in details page
Add search by request id for the request list
capitalize the name of the customer in request details page
hide the site visit details in request details page
hide perimeter & unit price in details page
show the qty, sub total for all the products
show the sub total & tax values in details page
Got user-id rather than username in the action history of request details page
when existing Fence Demolish value not binded properly in edit request page
show the demolish cost & transport cost beside the options in edit/create request page
