Quotation Email Recipients
Quotations should be sent to all email addresses associated with the customer.
While sending the quotation, the system should also allow entering additional email addresses manually.
Quotation Approval Rules
Only email addresses mapped to the customer are permitted to approve the quotation.
Approval actions from any non-customer email address should be restricted.
View-Only Access for Other Emails
Additional email recipients (not linked to the customer) should be able to:
Open the quotation link
View complete quotation details
These recipients must not see approval buttons or approval actions.
